DAQSign provides qualified electronic signature services in accordance with applicable European Union regulations, including eIDAS. Our Service allows users to obtain a qualified electronic signature certificate after completing identity verification and payment.

3. Account and Registration

A user account is automatically created upon successful payment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Identity Verification

To obtain a qualified electronic signature, you must successfully complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process through our partner, Veriff. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during verification.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed before purchase and include applicable taxes. Refund policies are subject to the specific plan you have selected and applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by DAQSign or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAQSign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.
